Joe Valentic

This passion led him to found the Catholic Curator in 2024, through which he curates Catholic content and resources to help Catholics seeking to integrate their faith in their whole life.

Over the last seven years, for both secular and Catholic owned businesses, Joe has been actively providing fractional executive services, strategic consulting and business spiritual mentorship to business owners. The results of this work, combined with market feedback, were taken to prayer to his faithful business companion St. Raphael the Archangel and to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Through prayer and discussions with other Catholic professionals, Joe discerned that it was time to formalize these offerings and launch Catholic Fractional Executive Services to help Catholic owned businesses leverage the executive and management level services they need to succeed at a fraction of the investment of full-time staff.

In addition to the economic advantages of fractional executive services, our clients have at their disposal Joe's 35+ years of diverse business and leadership experience. For his clients he is able to draw on the experience of seeing inside literally hundreds of businesses over his career, including for-profit and non-profit businesses. His diverse financial and leadership experience includes investment banking, public accounting (Deloitte), corporate banking, strategic consulting and non-profit board leadership. He also has over twenty years of executive leadership including the roles of CEO/President, Founder, COO, and CFO.

Joe's commitment to live his Catholic faith extends to every part of his life. He and his wife Julie are blessed to have nine children and seven grandchildren. He is also deeply committed to supporting the Church and the Catholic community. He serves on the board of Alliance Catholic Credit Union.  He serves on the Leadership council of Tepeyac Leadership Institute.  He is cofounder of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Apostolate.  He recently created an app for Catholic men using AI development tools called, Heroic Catholic Man.  He  member of the host committee of the Annual Mass for Commerce in Detroit and has been an active member of Sent Ventures. He is also a passionate advocate for bringing the Catholic faith into social media and a leading Catholic voice on LinkedIn, with over 5,000 followers, a newsletter with over 1,100 subscribers, and posts generating more than 270,000 views in the last year.

Joe also shares his experience with the broader Catholic community as a speaker and author. He has been featured at national conferences such as the Napa Institute Summer Conference and Tepeyac Leadership Institute's The Hour of the Laity Conference. He has also been featured on numerous national podcasts.

He is the author of two published books. The first, How to Become a Saint By Succeeding in Business, is in many ways the thesis for his business offerings. The other book, The Warrior Prayer Manual, was created to help men grow in their prayer life. He is currently working on publishing his third book, In the School of the Saints, in which he shares stories of saints and angels that have come into his life and how they want to help us in all parts of our lives, including our businesses.
